CrossFit St. Louis recently signed a five year lease of 14,500 square feet warehouse at Hanley Industrial.
CrossFit St. Louis was established in 2006 as the first Missouri CrossFit Affiliate. The fitness program has seen tremendous growth over recent years and ready for expansion in floor space.
The new CrossFit location is located 567 Hanley Industrial Drive. The new location features three separate gym floors for its athletes, as well as a nutrition center, a retail sales area for supplements and CrossFit gear, and multiples restrooms and showers.
Brennan Gaffney of Hilliker Corporation is the listing agent of the building and represented the landlord, McDonald Publishing. The building was put on the market for merely two weeks before CrossFit St. Louis acquired the space. The tenant was represented by Michael Horwitz.
CrossFit St. Louis was named one of the Top 5 CrossFit Gyms in America by Outside Online Magazine.
