A subsidiary of CSC Generation Holdings has made a deal to acquire the rights to Bon-Ton and its six other department store banners, including Carson’s and Younkers, with plans to resurrect the 100-year-old retail brand online and possibly reopen some brick-and-mortar stores. The deal, which requires court approval, could return stores to five states. Read the USA Today story here
